Boy, 7, accidentally shoots and kills himself in his family home after picking up a gun and thinking it was a toy while playing with his younger brother

A seven-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed himself after he picked up a gun while playing at his family home. Devon Lofton died at around 4pm on Sunday after he found the weapon and shot himself in the head in the Chicago home he shared with his four young brothers, his mother and his grandmother.
