Tank was delivered - sort of. Semi hauling the tank could not make it up steep grade to make delivery at owners compound or mountain fortress or what have you. Guy waiting out the Apocalypse on top a mountain in Oregon apparently has an apocalyptic helpmate who is not too helpful to master.
